Cancellations
Unfortunately, we don't allow cancellations within 48 hours of the picnic time. Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice will receive a 50% refund. When you cancel, that's a spot unfilled for someone who may have wanted it.

Inclement weather is bound to happen! The Proper Picnic reserves the right to cancel if the weather conditions do not permit the event to happen. In the event we need to cancel, we will contact you via email, phone call, or text (whatever is your best contact method).

From there, you will be given the option to reschedule. If that is not possible, then we will gladly refund the full cost of your picnic.

If you can't reschedule your day but you want the picnic to go on, we can bring the picnic indoors! You can get the full picnic experience in the comfort of your own home.

The most important thing about The Proper Picnic is we travel to you! We do need to do this within reason so any location more than 1.5 hours away will have to incur a travel fee.
